A Wonder Filled Life

Dear Friends,

Today, August 8th, at 1:30AM, surrounded by family,  friend and dogs, Jane went to be with our Heavenly Father.  Today will be the first day in many years that Jane will not suffer from the affliction of cancer.

Over the last couple of days, I have heard many testimonies of people whose lives were in some way alter for the sake of the kingdom.  Jane will best be remembered by the way that she lived her life, to be Jesus to those around her.  It didn’t matter if she was in Safeway, on the beach, or at chemo, Jane brought the presence of God with her and intentionally set out to share her life.

Thank you for your love and support!

Romans 10:15 “How beautiful are the feet of Messengers who bring good News!”

Jane you are beautiful!

  5. Thank you Ray for your strength, wisdom and commitment through this journey. Not only for Jane and the boys, but for all of us that have walked through this with your family. You have been a solid rock that we can all count on. Thank you for this blog that has kept us all unified in prayer. Thank you for your compassion for us in the midst of your own grieving. I pray for peace where there is no understanding, comfort for the unending pain, the presence of God so clear and strong in Jesus name. May the fruits of your obedience to Him as a husband, father and brother in Christ overflow upon you at this time and all glory go to the Father who loves us without end. We love you guys! 8. Ray,

What an amazing partner you have been to Jane through this journey. You and the boys have displayed so much courage and compassion in your care for her.

There are no words I can say to replace the loss of Jane, or heal the wounds from this battle, But, God does know the plans He has for You Samuel and Gabe. He will gently heal you, and those plans will unfold in time. The prayers of my family continue with you my friend.

  9. Dearest Ray, Gabe and Samuel,
Words can not express my sadness for the loss of our beautiful Sister in Christ. She was a beautiful and shining light to everyone that was blessed to have known her. You are all on my heart and in my prayers. We love you so much!

  10. Jane was great in each role in her life … wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, church member, etc. Sure alot of women are. Kicker is, she was great without trying. It all came natural. Cool, funny, thoughtful, solid character (not superficial), gave advice, a listening ear, socially adapted to diff ppl (she could be-friend anyone!), and of course her sarcastic streak was a hoot 🙂

Ppl say to “be yourself” … but Jane was one to emulate. Yes, truly beautiful, both inside and out ~

  11. Ray – praying for you and your family. Proverbs 3:5 and 6 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make straight your paths”.

Sometime all I can get through in difficult times is “Trust in the Lord”

Sympathy and compassion with you and rejoicing for Jane
